Panel Not Capturing X-Rays? Here's What to Do

Overview

If your X-ray panel isn’t capturing images, it may be due to connectivity issues, calibration problems, or hardware conflicts.

Steps to Resolve

1. Check Panel Connection
   Ensure the panel is securely connected to the acquisition system. Re-seat any cables.
2. Verify Panel Status in Voyance
   Open Voyance and confirm the panel is recognized. If it isn’t, reboot the system and try again.
3. Attempt a Test Exposure
   If the panel is connected but not capturing, try a test exposure. If it fails, note the error message.
4. Reinitialize the Panel
   Go to the device settings and click “Reset Panel” or power-cycle the panel hardware.
5. Still Not Working?
   Contact Maven Support with the panel serial number and description of the error.
