How to Install the Maven Imaging 20/20 System

This guide walks you through the unboxing, setup, and initial configuration of the Maven Imaging 20/20 Digital X-ray System.

What’s in the Boxes?

You will receive three boxes. Please verify all components before proceeding:

Step-by-Step Installation Instructions

1. Set Up the Hardware

  • Install the computer and monitor.

  • On the PC, you’ll see two Ethernet ports.

    • Connect the router Ethernet cable into the port labeled “DR PANEL PORT.”

2. Charge the Panel Batteries

  • Use the charger included in the Panel Box to fully charge both batteries.

  • Once charged, insert one battery into the DR Panel.

  • Power on the panel using the button on the unit.

3. Power On and Launch OpalRad Software

  • Turn on the PC. It will boot directly to the Windows desktop.

  • Launch OpalRad software from the desktop.

4. Log In to OpalRad

  • Username: siteadmin

  • Password: 123456789

Testing the System

Create a Test Study:

  1. After logging in, click on “CREATE NEW STUDY.”

  2. Enter patient details for testing purposes (e.g., use "test" for required fields and set DOB to 11/11/2011).

  3. When prompted, select positions to be taken—this step verifies panel connectivity.
