How do I fix a study with the wrong patient info in Voyance?

If a study in Voyance was submitted with the wrong patient information, you don’t need to start over from scratch.

Normal fix:

  1. Go to the Completed tab and open the study in question
  2. On the right-hand toolbar, scroll toward the bottom and click the Activate study button
  3. Reactivate the study
  4. Click the Edit button
  5. Fix the patient information and click OK
  6. Open VPACS, find the incorrect study, and delete it. This only removes it from Voyance Viewer, not from Voyance
  7. Go back to the Completed tab and resubmit the corrected study to VPACS
  8. If Voyance Viewer is open on any office PC, close and reopen Voyance Viewer to see the corrected study

If the PC is joined to a domain and the logged in user doesn't have admin rights:

  1. Create a new study with the correct patient information
  2. Go to the incorrect study and click the Edit button under the image series
  3. Click Copy
  4. Go to the newly created study and click Edit, then click Paste to insert the x-ray images
  5. Open VPACS, find the incorrect study, and delete it. This removes it from Voyance Viewer but not from Voyance
  6. Complete the updated study
  7. If Voyance Viewer is open on any office PC, close and reopen Voyance Viewer to see the corrected study
